According to mobilewhack.com, One voice technologies have announced technology that makes it possible to simply speak to control a 360 with Windows Vista. Cool! LINK
all you have to do is say something like " Xbox play American Idol" and it will load up the content for you. The device recognizes a wide range of accents, and there' s no need to talk in a strange way - just talk like you normally would.
Other than controlling your entertainment, the Media Center Communicator can also be set up for a variety of other home automation tasks, such as setting thermostats, lighting, security cameras, and so on.
