New x360 games for $44.99 @ Fry' s Electronics

I went to frys electronics today and got Tony Hawk 8 and Call Of Duty 3 for $90 total. They also had gears of war for $44.99, and I just payed $65 (w/ tax) for that yesterday at EB, too bad I cant return it :( Anyway, they usually always sell new games for a week for $5 less than MSRP, but now they' re going $15 less than MSRP which is pretty amazing, the games go back to normal $60 price 1-2 weeks after release.
