Of course its ok to have and use pot as long as you dont over do it. (I am not saying that everybody should do pot I' m just saying a little bit wouldnt kill you)

Right now it is local vs federal law. The US of A still says it is illegal, and local law says less than an ounce is legal. Federal law supercedes local law. Personally I don' t give a rat' s ass just as long as people don' t smoke it or anything else around me. Smoking is just freakin' nasty in any form.

I always get mistaken for a druggie. It' s the long hair and beard that do it. Still, I don' t smoke anything at all, legal or illegal. Alcohol is my drug of choice and I can' t drink that at the moment as I' m on antibiotics. Sod it.

I believe it should be legalized, but in a controlled way - no smoking in public - home use only and no driving while using.

Yes, I am a mom. I tell my kids about drugs (of all kinds). I don' t smoke (anything), but to me pot is less harmful than alcohol (yes, I drink), which is legal. Marijuanna does have medicinal properties which I also believe in. Put it this way, I have less issue with someone that' s high on pot than some cranky old shit jacked up on too much caffeine.

People always think you have to smoke pot...that' s what gets most of the attention in the media but there are several ways to enjoy marijuana without having to smoke and kill your lungs.

They passed a law on July I think that if ur caught with two grams of weed on u, cops can' t charge u or whatever. This applies to where I live, which is Mississauga, right next to Toronto. And yes I think weed should be legal. They should do it like in Holland where there r specified parks and restaurants u could smoke it, or eat it or whatever.

Moderatly controlled use sounds good to me. Alcohol seems more dangerous. Marijuanna just makes you lazy for the most part, not balls out insane.

Marijuana has physical effects the same as smoking, however prohibition has never worked in the past nor is it working now
