Put your link just after the " =" sign, but before the closing bracket. Then, add the word(s) that you want the others to click on (i.e. click here) between the first set of brackets and the last set of brackets.

The brackets with the " u" and " /u" apply an underscore to the text. Place one just before the text to be clicked on and the other just after the text (respectively).

It will look like this:
