For those poor fucks who didn't see The Dark Knight here's the trailer to the comic book that was said to be impossible to make into a movie.

I trust Zach Snyder (300, Dawn of the Dead) with the material even if one of the comic creators shuns the whole thing. Snyder would've let it be like most everyone else had it not been for the insanity behind possible other releases of the film. He's gonna do his best to stay with the source material and hopes the rabid fans don't look to kill him for any of the changes he has to make. Being a huge fan himself, he wants nothing but the best and hopes to achieve so.

The Dark Knight doesn't have the Watchmen trailer in the UK, but it does look great.  Obviously a lot of content will have to be cut that makes the graphic novel so good, but it looks like they are sticking closely to the plot.  My only worry is that the Hollywood execs will demand the ending is changed, like I Am Legend.

Zack Snyder  can pull it off. As long as he follows the comics he can. This is definitely a movie i have been looking forward to since mentioned in 2006.

CG needs loads of work yet.

Wtf Fox...

Fox is jealous that they didn't make the movie first and now that WB has some rights they want in on the action ($$$).

If they have a legitimate claim to first distribution rights, then oh well.  Someone at the other studio messed up.
