While not as bad as mine, some poor guy got his Mac shipped to him with trash for packaging. Pictures and some words at the link.

That kinda reminds me of that episode of Monk, on USA, where the garbage men go on a strike and wont take his trash so he calls UPS and sends it to somewhere in Texas
