Downloaded it. Kinda weird because I don' t have gold right now but I could still get it. I thought only gold members got to download new demos. Did they change the rules or something?

Anyway, gameplay is great.
Gameplay graphics suck. Replays look cool, like the ones in the other Forza thread.
Very fluid with good sense of speed.

Just as expected.

But the last time I wanted to download a demo (which was quite a while ago) I didn' t have gold and it said that the demo was only available for gold members for a period. So I had to wait.
I don' t think it was an online game... or perhaps it was? Can' t remember. Whatever.

So the goldies got access to the demo before us silvies. But they let us silvies see it on the list just to laugh us in the face eh.

They probably do that to reduce strain on the servers when popular downloads are introduced. It is the Gold users that are paying for these servers after all.

The marketplace didn' t have its own " page" (or whatever you call' em) before did it?

You mean it' s own " blade" ? No, it was always part of the Live Blade.

ginjirou I think you might be confused because the marketplace never appeared in the Live Blade unless you have your 360 connected online.

The Spring update was pretty cool. Everything is much smoother.

Gameplay graphics suck

Get a fucking HDTV you dipshit.

Btw the controls are working great, however its not that fun to play, the graphic runs at 60 framerates, some of the cars looks amazing especially in black color.

Meh, not my type of racer, I prefer PGR3. Still I might rent it just so I can turn the car around and try to crash head on with random strangers.

You have to play it with a wheel. That way you' ll notice the handling difference between Forza 2 and PGR3.

I did notice the difference and it' s one of the main reasons why I prefer PGR, it' s more arcade like. I dislike sim racers like Forza and GT.

I prefer arcade games too. Even PGR3 was too realistic IMO. But I wanna give this game a chance because I think I' ll like it more the more I play it. I' m fascinated by how it all works in simulation games.

I put it down after 38 seconds.... Purely because it' s so racing sim that I really
have no patience for it. 25 of those 38 seconds were penalty seconds.

The first thing that strikes me about it is the smooth framerate that makes you
forget about the not-so-perfect graphics... It' s 60fps, so good.

Well, that' s about as much as I can give on the 38 seconds I enjoyed sliding on gravel..

I haven' t tried all cars yet but driving the BMW in the C class was quite easy as long as none of the other cars tried to push me off the road. I hate when they do that, the wheel starts to turn like crazy and I panic and don' t know what to do and I go into the gravel and stuff and it' s all over.

Yeah,C class was the only fun class :P
I agree with ginjour about how easy it is to lose control, perhaps to easy?
It' s very realistic but not that fun when that happends...But i guess it make online gaming vs friends more intresting?
