so I may be buying one of these systems soon.. Just i dunno which, both are around the same price... but as I already have a ps3 I feel much of the 360' s games that are exculsive dont appeal to me [Halo] or I' ve already played them [gears], whats left is alan wake and ahh maybe mass effect. I dont really have much intrest in Live or buying games I already own again [cod4... anything multiplatform really].

While on the Wii Super Mario Galaxy is worth it alone.. altough that is all I really want, maybe smash brothers.. but thats about it....

The wii is for the famliy and those chill back monments . Plus is stable.

If none of those appeal, then get a Wii. Galaxy is sublime and you could pick up No More Heroes, Twilight Princess, Umbrella Chronicles, Mario Kart, Battalion Wars II etc...

If you don' t have tons of time on your hands, the Wii' s got a lot to offer.

However, If online' s your bag (Especially with most Kikizo-ers being 360 owners), I' d shoot for an Xbox. I like my 360, but if it weren' t for the online replay value on a lot of the titles, I wouldn' t play mine as much as I do (which is only about 6 or 7 hours a week now with school).

Id get the 360, i find the Wii limited.

I own all three, i rarely use anything but the 360.

Since I don' t know what your tastes are, perhaps you should just go through the games you want and games that are coming out that you will want for both consoles and then decide.

im not that hyped about killzone 2.. Its pretty average all round.

I got the 360, the pro model with mass effect and gears, for 280 euro. Good deal i guess, I see the 360 has HDMI which I forgot about but I dunno what my model is, I guess i wont be playing it that much just few one or two games I get for it.

Thinking about getting rock band [which came out today infact, 200 euro for full kit, *** off!] and dead rising.

Playing gears and Mass Effect just reminded how ugly these games are, I really dont like the amount of dark on the screen. maybe becuase the tv im playing on right now is shite but man I dont remember it putting me off this much, what happen to colour?

Viva Pinata rules! Only crappy thing about that game is you can' t store the game save on a memory card. I lost my garden when I upgraded to the Elite.

Elite' s don' t come with a transfer cable, no. The 120gig HDs that are sold on their own do. Even if my Elite did come with the cable it wouldn' t have mattered since I traded my Pro in for the Elite at Best Buy so I would have never had the chance to transfer the info.

Can' t you take a backup on the 360' s?

Certain games don' t allow you to make back ups. Viva Pinata is one of those games. Team Ninja is also well known for doing this. I don' t think Ninja Gaiden nor DOA were able to be transfered by memory card on the first xbox. I don' t think I was able to with DOA4 either.
