Check out the photoshops this guy has done. Some of the before shots of our so-called " celebrity beauties" are downright gruesome. Ewww!!!

You know, some of them are just god damn ugly, but then one i found looked better when the photoshop wasnt applied, it made her more real, some of them where shockenly fat.

The best way to do it is to put your cursor over the picture when it' s loading. Then you see the retouched photo AFTER you see the original. I personally find the less retouching done, the better (though some of them with NO retouching are scary!)
