Major Nelson has it listed as a US demo.

Fortunately i have a US account so as long as it' s not region locked i' ll be ok.

1. When will the demo be available in Europe?
2. How do you create US/JP accounts?
3. Who is Major Nelson?

The team are working on demos for Japan, France, Germany, Italy, Spain and the U.K. at the moment. I doubt there' s much to amend though so i guess it' ll be up before the weekend (as they' ll probably have to pass MS' s certification process separately)

I' m not sue how XBL works for mainland Europe. I' m guessing we all share servers and that the demo' s have localized language only. I' m not sure.

Major Nelson works for MS and promotes Xbox Live.

EDIT: creating new JP/US accounts isn' t advisable as Microsoft have banned people because of it. It' d have to be an account not linked to your profile, one that already existed but you deleted. Then you recover the gamertag, re-download the profile, get the demo and delete the account again.

But if you did want to create a US or JP account you create a new email address using a US/Japanese street name, postcode etc (that actually exists) and then create a new gamertag using that email address and street address etc.

Have you moved to canada yet? If so, doesnt canada have the same downloads as america, and wouldnt that legally allow you to have a NA account?

No, I actually meant just that - it sucks.

Accept it, and move on with your life. I did.

Viva Pinata is amazing! I freaking love the game. I' ve had it since it came out and I' ve had a complete blast playing it. Be warned though, it' s extremely addictive.

Really? I have always been interested in the game but I' ve feared that you' ll get bored of it kinda fast. But you' re still liking it?
Hmm, I might buy it when I get my next pay check. But then, my birthday is next week so who knows, maybe some kind person will buy it for me

I really like the game, but not enough to pay full price for it. It should be dropping to $30 or $40 pretty soon so i' ll get it then. Does anyone know when Vegas should be dropping in price?

Unfortunately, that' s true. Dammit, one of the best (and misunderstood) games on the 360 and it gets passed off for looking ' cute' =(

Heard that the Rare guys who were in charge of Viva Pinata also left, kinda reminds me of Okami and Clover Studios

I think good Rareware games simply won' t be Appreciated by the usual 360 owner, especially the style of game Rare love/excel on making. They would of been much better off if Nintendo Brought them back. (so would nintendo)

ginjirou, it never sold well; not even with the might of a 4kids 3D cartoon series (and that' s saying alot).

I think the problem was it' s a game about a garden full of candy-filled animals...but it' s too tough with its micromanagement for kids.

Rare made a great game that was marketed to the wrong demographic.

The game didn' t sell well because it sucked, not because of how it looks - Nintendo makes ridiculous looking childish games all the time and they sell well because at least they tend to be somewhat enjoyable.

He doesnt like anything period. Thats the point. I waist anywhere between 1 and 3 hours of my day on this site talking about videogames and sharing my opinions, where as evilman gets on here almost as often, but post pointless crap like,

Viva pinata sucks.

If XBL has six million subcribers it just means six million people are stupid fucks.

Wii is a a piece of shit.

Yeah, I suggest you buy a PS3 if you want dependable hardware that won' t break down, Sony is a company you can trust unlike the crooks at Microsoft.

To be honest, i think they should just make DK games like they did on SNES and put them on the DS. I would much rather go back and play DK on SNES than in 3D
