The key words are:

-zokuhen (sequel)
-iten (transfer)
-chushi (cancellation)
-kotai (change,as in change of the guard)
-sonzoku (continue to exist)

I imagine you don' t know what this is all about, but you will on the 11th."

I was taking a piss last night while I was at the local pub. On the wall of the restrooms I saw the words:
