Started a Kikizo article on Wikipedia

Since there was nothing there, I thought I might as well, seems like a popular enough site.

It' s because the people running Kikizo have actual work to do with a to-do-list that is frankly ghastly. Creating a Wiki page is about #18374 on the list. Every site with a Wiki page created it themselves - fact.
