A new Hitman as Vin Diesal drops out - Dec 06, 2006 16:10
The new killer in is Deadwood' s Tim Olyphant. A pretty cool actor but is he hitman...hard to say. However Luc Besson has signed on to co-produce the flick as well. May know him as director of Leon the Professional, La Femme Nikita, and Fifth Element.

This is gonna be a hard film to make cause you a hard as fuck ANTI-Hero. Dont tunr him softy or nothing and give him a heart. He' s a stone cold badass killer.

Good news about Diesel dropping out, the guys facial features don' t even remotely look like 47' s, the only similarity he posesses is his bald head.

But I' m not happy about the new guy either, Only one person should play 47 and that' s his voice-actor and face model: David Bateson.

Well at least Vin Diesal isnt doing it, all his movies suck. Mainly cos he cant act. or talk right. I mean, his voice is way too deep.

Yet he produces games extremely well :)

I think the imaginatively titled Wheelman will tell us.

I' m always up for it.
Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs!
What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.

You guys are thinking about visual likeness, but what about voice? For me, 47' s voice was as much part of his character as his looks. Jason Statham has a noticable English accent. If he can drop it for the movie, then he' d be fine, he does have the cold, matter-of-fact tone down.

This is GREAT NEWS when i heard the movie was coming out Jason Statham was the only person good enogh to walk in agent 47 shoes.
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.
