Sledding...let' s see...

The last time I took part in a sledding event (non professional, of course), I was but a young man...maybe in the early 90' s, but most likely the last time we had enough snow was in the mid-to-late 80' s.

Sure wish those days would come back...I loved sledding, but can' t even share those moments with my kids...no snow!

Maybe this year...

I personally like my schedule...

Sunday - Thumb Workouts
Monday - Martial Arts & upper body lifting
Tuesday - Lower Body Lifting ....(optional)Soccer/Running
Wednesday - nothing... (optional) karate
Thursday - Karate & Upper Body
Friday - Lower Body Lifting
Saturday - (if I' m in the mood) workout at a gym

Although summer is the best, summer is like 4hrs of karate everyday....oh the joys of being a highschooler....

It is the first day of snow here in Iowa. And it is all melting as soon as it touches the ground. I think most places in the Northern Hemisphere haven' t had snow yet.

No shame in flipping burgers man... a job' s a job. I work in lawncare, definately not the most prestigious job, but it brings the dough in, so I can' t complain.

We got our snow yesterday in Michigan, right along with rain, hail, fog & sunny skies, gotta love the weather here.

I run and play Basketball, speaking of which, footlocker has a deal you buy 2 Jordan sneakers you get 1 free, I got 3 of em today.

I don' t have a schedule, I just go play basketball with the fuckwads in my neighborhood like every day, occasionally some good people show up to play with but w/e, and I run every day for 30 mins atleast.
