It was interesting, not as scary as the game imo. Game freaks me out, especially as i feel defenseless ith the combat system i don' t like. The film was ok, the end was neat/confusing. but not worthy of a dvd purchase imho.

By the way, welcome to the forum :)

My silent hill obsessed girlfriend is gonna get it. I thought it was ok and very faithful to the games. But like stated by uumai its just not as creepy as the games plus it started to lose its atmosphere as it went on.

Damn good movie. I watched the special features and it was basically a " making of: video. It' s really crazy how much effort they put into the movie. A lot more than I thought. They basically had to build all the enviroments from scratch.

I never played the games, i don' t like those horror type games like Resident Evil. However the movie was pretty good. The atmosphere was great but I expected it to be more scary.

I liked it, a lot of people didn' t :/ I can feel the drag in the movie, but it is necessary for all the people who would otherwise say " huh?" cause they can' t use their brains to think during a movie.
