Panzer Dragoon RPG... I never got to play that one. Saturn is one of the few major consoles I don' t have. I really wanted to play that one!

Heck, I too would want a Panzer RPG sequel, because I heard very good things about it, and had nobody around me who had it. Sequel for that and NiGhTs would be great.

Personally, I want a good Hokuto no Ken game, in the vein of the PS1 game, but made to be much more dynamic than just flat levelled arenas. Circular areas with different backdrops only does so much.

I don' t know if this qualifies as " underrated" since most critics praised it, but... Beyond Good and Evil seems to have been designed with at least one sequel in mind.

Also, Interstate ' 76. There was one sequel, but it didn' t do justice to the original' s atmosphere and good balance of sim and arcade qualities.

And I will always be down for more Jet Set Radio. Perhaps they could do an online version in which different gangs are competing to control territories?

I actually enjoyed Tao Feng, and would like to see a sequel. Too bad Studio Gigante was dissolved.

Perhaps not underrated, but definitely didn' t get all that much attention is one of my favourite games and also on my avatar. Beyond Good & Evil was a game I loved and love. I wish for it’s sequel to appear as it ended with hints to a continued story and also to see more of perhaps my most liked female gaming heroine ever in combo with the best two leg walking, talking, farting pig ever. MOOORRREEE!!!

Whoa. I never thought I' d see the day when someone would remember that interesting Dreamcast title. I was addicted to that title, and yet I could not finish - my baby brothers wrecked the discs. I want to finish that one so badly.

I want to be able to say Ecco, but I don' t like the 3D version of the series.

Yeah, Comix Zone. I still play that game to pieces. " Oh YEAH!" " WTF was that?!"

There is a particular, unknown, underrated and definately graphically inferior PS1 mech title that got my attention during the early days of the PS1. It was a mecha game that took place on the moon, where an infection drives the whole lunar colony crazy. The ambiance is unsettling. The mood is very tense. No music, therefore you are fully immersed. Scared the living Beelzebub out of me. Ah yes, the title was Space Griffon VF-9. Very hard to come by title. My cousin just gave it to me, clearing his unwanted games out. I want a sequel/remake of this title so bad, that I would abandon buying a Wii for it. That' s how big it hooked me. Too bad the graphics don' t stand the test of time at all... but the butt ugly graphics do make the psychotic elements that are hunting you that much more grutesque.

Edit:
When I say I would abandon the Wii for it, that means I would do everything in my power to play it to completion before resuming my regular acquisitions. That does not mean I would never buy I Wii if such a title would manifest itself.

Space Channel 5 was A-class. It helped on your reaction and you made a nice
little music video and to top it off, you were reporting at the same time.. I love it.

Yeah it was a really fun game to play even my sister played it and had fun. Even though she kept say ' ' chu, chu, chu' ' when it' s ' ' shoot, shoot, shoot' ' . I would get it if there was a next gen space channel installation.

Wow. I got to this thread 2 years late.
Still, I don' t see any reason in creating another topic on this when it is already here.

So here goes.

I' d LOVE to see a sequel to a little RTS game called Sacrifice for the PC quite a few years back in 2000. Critics loved this game, as did I, but I guess it didn' t find the right audience... Starcraft was the only RTS worth playing I guess.

When this game came out I was blown away; fully 3-D enviroments with dozens of high poly (for the time) creatures on screen, tons of particle effects, blood, land deformation, and the high level magic spells were jaw dropping. The sheer amount of things going on was astounding.

It was even slightly innovative mixing in RTS with a third person person camera that stayed behind your wizard (hero character more or less), so you always felt like you were there in the thick of battle while commanding your hordes of minions.

After talking to countless people though, it seems I' m the only one that has ever heard or played this gaming gem. If I could somehow go back in time and force people to play this, I' m sure we would' ve seen a sequel to it by now. Maybe even a decent fan following.

Namco should make a sequel to Breakdown and Climax should do Blue Stinger 2 just for me! The ending of both games left the door wide open for a sequel!

And whoever mentioned Psychic Force 2012, please DON' T make me hurt you!

*SPOILER
*The ending to Blue Stinger left me surprised, seriously didn' t expect to see Nefilin being the origin of it all.

Rocket Knight Adventures need a next-gen facelift, nuff said. Also agree with Burning Rangers and Panzer Dragon Saga\RPG\Azel.

And to bump a 2 year old thread is a nice start, welcome.

If some said it or not Vagrant Story.
Or make a game with a unique battle system and blacksmith creation just like this.

Shenmue
Zone of the Enders

Well the is ZOE 2nd runner and i doubt Konami will abandon this franchise. But Shenmue is definitely worth a sequel.
You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain.

Replaying Through Shenmue II at the Moment.. Boy what a Game!!!!!

Same here...

At least once a year I just get this sudden urge to put the first Shenmue in my dreamcast. Start all over, train all my moves to the max, finish the game and then put Shenmue 2 in right away.

And for the boy what a game!!!! part...well I know the feeling. To this day this game amazes me. To me personally there hasn' t been a game since Shenmue 2 that pulled me into the world of the game so much. No game that made me feel at home as much and no game that made me feel along with the main character as much. Also the " freedom" in other games just feels...fake to me compared to Shenmue.

Ah as for ZoE yeah I know have second runner as well...but I want another one
