Do I dare say this?
Everybody hated this game but I loved it... but only the Dreamcast version. The PS1 version sucked.
Anyway, I want a Star Wars Jedi Power Battles sequel.
I soooo wanted a version based on episode 2 and later episode 3 but they never came
I guess LEGO Star Wars was something of a comfort though.

believe it or not, that' s exactly the game i opened this thread for.
hell, i' d settle for any good turn-based strategy like that.

ummm, since i can' t just steal yours....a next gen dragon force would be excellent. i still can' t believe i played that game with every character/nation

I want a Star Wars Jedi Power Battles sequel.

Yes! excellent. That would be truly sweet, but it would have to be based on (at least in part) the original trilogy, cause i can' t stand older anikin. he' s such a whiner, and a bad actor, doesn' t help you can sometimes hear a slight new-york accent.

I would really like to see a sequel to:

Quantum redshift
Buggy heat
F1 world grand prix
(maybe) hydro thunder

Oh and....space channel 5....it was kinda fun.

Comix Zone: Could work well cel-shaded, like Viewtiful Joe.
Brave: The Search For Spirit Dancer
Burning Rangers: With an online co-op (and some cool set pieces if you met up at a certain place and time)
NiGHTS into Dreamcast

Panzer Dragoon Saga
NiGHTS
Samba De Amigo

That said, I have always respected Sega for trying out new franchises and not doing the same old thing each generation.

They' ve got two mainstays: Sonic and Virtua Fighter. But everything else seems up for grabs. While it is frustrating, and frequently they screw up with some truely bad games, it has lead to some great games.

I want a sequal to Shadow of Destiny (ps2) only I want the remake for 360.

http://www.animefringe.com/magazine/01.04/reviews/6/pic.jpg

The game was brilliant, the game is very linear but feels open ended. It revolves around time travel. Everytime you die in the game you have to travel to an earlier date and try to prevent your demise. Not like Prince of persia, its more of a puzzle soving adventure game with a superb story. Often you even have the choice of what time to go back to, sometimes you go back a few minutes, days or even centuries.

Spoiler: For example at one point in the game you get pushed off a tower. So to prevent your own death you go back in time to tie an old rope that was nearby along the edge so you have something to grab onto. Except the rope breaks and you die again. So I just went even further back in time by a few decades and grabed the rope when it was new.

This game has multiple endings and i remembered at least one of them was the best ending I have ever seen in a videogame. If you have a ps2 you owe it to yourself to rent this game, I say rent because it doesn' t have much replayability.

I didn' t like it that much , but it was really original, that I admit :)

I think maybe snk was suppose to make it and had it in the works but it probably got cancelled.

The only reason why Mark of the Wolves is so cool is that it' s made by real oldschool SNK in 90 % - SNK PLAYMORE is responsible for finishing it in 10%.

I don' t think I want those fuckin rookies to make a sequel to my beloved 2D game ...

I wish they made Garou available for Wii' s Virtual Console and XBL wtih ONLINE Multiplayer.

I' d love a sequel to Eternal Darkness.

(to whiteguysamurai) Yeah, a sequel to Eternal Champions would be awesome, turned 3-D and with a couple more moves. I loved that game.

(to SilentBomber) They already made Goldeneye: Rogue Agent and people didn' t seem to like it. If you mean that they should make a more true-to-the-original sequel, that would be nice.

rare made goldeneye, not EA who did " rogue agent" so you cant really call it an " sequal" ....

Also you will never see a sequal to Eternal darkness...

I' ll agree 100% with uumai about Burning Rangers. Completely under rated and begging for a Next Gen remake of some shape or form. Nights is too obvious of an answer and with it being the 10 year anniversary I was really hoping for something this year.

Yeah space channel 5 part 2 did come out but only in japan and it wsn' t that different from the original was just a little like the doa special edition games which was a bit depressing. Oh I just remembered a really good game that was on the dreamcast.

Sega Extreme Sports- This game was so fun, exciting, colourful and it took a different approach to sporting games you were able to combine and learn techniques for different events which was kinda cool. Plus it was kinda funny trying to ride a bike throw it away and run to the next event.

Panzer Dragoon Orta, actually Panzer Dragoon in general Smilebit! You promised (in an interview on IGN) that you' d make the PD franchise for Microsoft! We' d better see a Panzer Dragoon shooter or RPG on the 360!

Now that I think about it. A next-gen or current-gen of Panzer Dragoon Saga would be excellent

Another thing, a true English translation of Otogi 2; Myth of Demons, and more Otogi! It' s one part Dynasty Warriors, several parts arthouse, total arena-destruction fun

More on the Bloody Roar franchise. It' s not underrated, it sucks; but that doesn' t stop me loving it If Konami sells it to another developer/publisher though, I' d be happier. They killed the franchise the phreaks (it was still good up till BR3)
The SEAsian girl with the Xbox. Target market anomaly =)

It' s been rumored that another Nights game will land on Wii - it came from Famitsu

Crazy Taxi definitely needs a next gen remake - but no more , just a remake.

Another thing, a true English translation of Otogi 2

What do you mean? What was wrong with the translation - was it bad? I don' t speak Japanese so I have no idea how faithful those english subtitles were.

Well, if you want to get technical, Rare intended for Perfect Dark to be a " sequel" of sorts to Goldeneye, so a sequel to it has already been released in that regard.

Or, in another view, the core team that worked on Goldeneye left right after Goldeneye and formed Free Radical Design, so maybe TimeSplitters is actually the " sequel."

In either case, games that could be considered " sequels" to it have been released, it' s just that Goldeneye has achieved " god" status among fps games, and a sequel that can compare to it in fans eyes will never be released.

game quality.
Guardian Heroes (port and a 2 just put it on the disk)
Crusader of Centy (Gen)
Legend of\ Beyond Oasis
Zombies Ate My Neighbors
and alot of Saturn Games in General

and...

I' d love a real sequel to Guardian Heroes.
Advance Guardian Heroes wasn' t even worthy the name.
Guardian Heroes for the 360/PS3 with some Xbox Live /PS-HUB multiplayer battles as well as co-op in singleplayer modes would be awesome.
A DS port of the original would also be great since you could have all the magic attacks as touch-buttons on the lower screen making them easy to perform.

YES! Those games were awesome! Some of the best stuff on Genesis.

Has anyone here played the GBA sequel to Gunstar Heroes (Gunstar Superheroes, it' s called)? I loved that game, but people said that the GBA game doesn' t quite live up to it and was wanting someone' s opinion.

Metal Arms: Glitch in the System
this was a great game and deserves a sequel
Did it have online play on PS2 and Xbox?
add A coop and its a done deal.

Dark Legends (Saturn)
good versus game would benefit from new advances in technology
