what your favorite anime show

I' ve only really started getting into Anime shows.... I' ve seen a few 80' s movies when they' ve been shown on TV in the UK and bought a few myself back when I was a teenager. But now I' ve taken notice.

Fave at the moment is Paranoia Agent. Only up to vol 2 in the UK, I got hold of a multi-region DVD player so I didn' t have to wait endless months for the last parts.

Samurai Champloo has only just come out but that’s another good one.

I need to see more really. Burst Angels and Mezzo are a bit boring, the characters in B.A especially are unlovable in the first volume, carrying on like total cows.

Any recommendations?

I didn' t really care for Burst Angel either. I decided not to buy any more of them unless someone tells me that they get better later in the series.

I do like the Divergence Eve series, although there' s a lot of mature, uh, jiggle to it. It really is a good story, though. I also rather enjoyed The Grenadier, which has quite a bit of jiggle, as well. Well, I guess that' s what attracted me to them in the first place, and they ended up actually being enjoyable. So it' s like a double bonus.

Also, I think Ghost In The Shell: Stand Alone Complex was done well. I only got through the second DVD so far, but I like the departure from the WAAY too dry, philosophical ramblings of the movie (which I enjoyed, none-the-less) and the shift of focus to the action and character interactions.

Yeah, I' ve heard nothing but good from GITS:SAC so will probably be taking a look at that. is it set before or after the second movie though? GITS 2 is coming out in cinemas Friday in the UK and I want to see it.

I' ve seen quite a few different animes but the only one I like is Bleach. It just fxing pwns. I used to like Naruto (the jap version) before they started having massive filler episodes that don' t go along with the story. But Bleach pwnz0rz 1337 ninja style bcc.
