I' m actually surprised that Tekken 5 made my list as I' ve always hated the series, lol. Everything from the original to Tekken 4 bored me to tears, and Tekken Tag Tournament is the first arcade game I ever walked away from before the end of round 1. But gotta give it to Namco, they did such a bang up job with Tekken 5 that it was worth mentioning.. I' d still like for them to get rid of the whole " Right Limb, Left Limb" attack setup!

Mine are:

Shadow Hearts: covenant
Arc: Twilight of the Spirits
Suikoden 4
God of War
Devil May Cry Series
WWE Smackdown series
Monster Hunter
Ico
Killzone
Dark Chronicle
Onimusha 3

There' s probably more, but that' s all I can think of at the moment. By the Way, did you know that I' m a fan of RPGS?

Tell me about Monster Hunter. All I know is that it is from Capcom and I confuse it with another PS2 game called Ghost Hunter (I think). Is Monster Hunter that game which lets you load a large portion of it to the hard drive for faster access? I know there is one Capcom game that does that.

In no particular order:

Tekken 5
Frequency/Amplitude
Ico
Virtua Fighter 4
Onimusha 2
Devil May Cry 1+3
God of War
Champions: Return to Arms
Final Fantasy X
Jak II
Ratchet n Clank 2
Rez
Dynasty Tactics

Artistic merit is more important than technical excellence

Monster Hunter is kind of like an online RPG, where you hunt down monsters (duh). It' s pretty addictive and unlike most other online RPGS you don' t have to pay a subscription fee, which is nice. In my opinion it' s probably the finest online PS2 game there is. I' m not sure if you can load it to the hard drive though, you might be thinking of Resident Evil: Outbreak.

I hope this has helped

Here' s my old school games in no order:

The Bouncer
Bloody Roar 2 and maybe 4
Tenchu 2 & 3
Smackdown: Here comes the Pain
MGS3: Snake Eater
Kingdom Hearts
Tekken series but prefer Virtua Fighter 4
Dynasty Warriors 4 but prefer Samuari Warriors now
Zone of Enders; the 1st one is the best
Prince of Persia (can' t remember what system it was intended for)

well, if i gave it more thought...<sigh>..there' s too many games. These were the ones that were easily accesible to me at the time.

Ok, the standouts for me are :

Final Fantasy X - Really liked it, especially after the dissapointing IX
Shadows of Destiny - LIke it in the same way I like Eternal Darkness for GC. You must play this dated underapreciated game
SSX 3 - Best of the series, and I love the series.
Ratchet and Clank 3- just plain fun

I haven' t finished Beyond Good and Evil yet, but it too could soon be added to the list.

Gotta be:

Ico
PoP Sands of Time
BG&E
Gregory' s Horror Show
Vice City
Final Fantasy X (most of it anyway; agree with mxpx182 on this one - IX was a let down for me)
Gitaroo Man
Gradius V
Katamari (both of ' em)

and playing catch up a little, Okage: Shadow King (mwahahahahaaaa, etc.)

I dont have many ps2 games...
But i liked killzone+ffx(even though ffx is the worse ff game ever made, that is just made to suit some mainstream audicen and not the FF fans)

Even if you break 2 legs from a crab it still runs!
What you gotta do is find its weak spot and do massive damage at it.
