Hey Ghost... What the hell is Poutine?

It's Canadian, looks revolting, and yet... a part of me wants to try it. Have you had it?

Has a Quebecer ever had a Poutine?  Has an American ever eaten a Hotdog?

It's just fries cheese curds and gravy.  That particular poutine looks like shit though.  Ironically the best poutine I've ever had was a "New York style" Poutine. 

I doubt I've ever met an adult who hasn't eaten a poutine, they're a cultural icon.  Actually in Quebec where ever you can buy fast food you can usually get a poutine (excluding asian places).  I'm not a big fan but they're better than one might imagine.

Hmmm...  I just went to go look up the nutrition facts, and it's a veritable cardiac death trap. Not like I was expecting anything less, but I'm surprised it hasn't moved south some. We would lap this sort of thing up in the US.
