I'll bump this with a review when it comes out, but in the meantime. LINK Some developer interview cut with some cutscenes. I'm really not sure what I think about them yet. I'm confident I"ll like the game proper, but I"m starting to feel that it'll be flawed.

cinematically I think this game is going to be good, but I'm not sure yet whether the gameplay will be any better than the previous ones. It would be good to see a review from you Eddie when it finally comes out as you normally have a good handle on whether shooters are any good or not.

Perhaps, but the synching is shit in those videos. Their mouths look nothing like the words they're trying to say.
And thank you. This and World at War are the only games I've promised myself I'll buy this season (with Gears 2 on the short list), and I'll be reviewing all of those, in depth (providing a smaller preview for each, as I tend to review games based on their demos, if any of the above turn one out) two or three days after I can sit down and take a bite out of them.
