i' m thinking of coming to the UK - Jun 11, 2008 02:44
I called the UK services this morning for discussion on a visa
but i will need to look for a job, i was told i can' t get a career job since i have to return after 2 years. Do you know any agencies that i should check out?
Where are good areas to live/ work?

Any help is appreciated, yes i will also check my travel agency for information as well.

Hmm... avoid the London area, it' s constantly getting attacked by extraterrestrials and suffering from outbreaks of fast-moving zombies.

Cambridge is quite thriving regarding technology and science based jobs. Like most cities around the world there are good places and bad places. What type of thing are you looking for? I do have one question to ask why come to the UK? The housing market is in decline, the health service is screwed and there are far to many knife based crimes going on, that and the weather is shitty.

Well my qualification would be a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Mathematics.
And i was told of a visa that will allow me to work 1yr while staying in the UK for 2years. Why UK, well i can be anywhere in the commonwealth countries. I' ve never been to Europe so i think i would met new people, tour the cities, work, go to football matches. Something to look forward to.
But this is it if i get through all of my earnings will be put into this.

I could always check America, but i am not sure of the visas they have that will allow me to work there and eventually live there.

do you want to use your degree in any way? You could work in a lab such as for a pharmaceutical company, they always need new graduates. If you don' t want to work in a lab (my degree is not dissimilar from yours and I hate lab work) you can try working in clinical trials for said pharma companies (or companies they contract out to). If you want to explore it I' ve got a few names and companies you could try.

Ornodeal your idea sounds like a plan. Hit me with a the ideas.
Still weary about the

try working in clinical trials

As long as am not used as a guinea pig for any sort of experiments i' m in, unless it' s working with mutant genes.

Don' t come to america unless you want to get in an accident, go through surgery, and end up $800,000 in debt because the insurance companies here are ***ing worthless.

I' m scared as shit of ever getting sick in this piece of shit country. Thankfully I have multiple citizenships to countries with proper health care.

That is a very ignorant statement. I think you should go out to Mexico and enjoy your self. I would hate to hear thoughts about Africa.

Mexico is the bomb baby.

Silver-back Gorilla vs Leopard
This one is computer generated, but I found a real one of a Silver-back gorilla being attacked by 2 crocodiles and he ripped their snouts off.

Canada, Mexico, Bahams, Jamaica, Colombia, Portugal, Brazil, France, Australia, Netherlands, Spain, Russia.

In the US I' ve only been to New York, Arizona, Florida, Maryland. I' ve probably been to more as a child but don' t remember.

And by been to I mean for atleast a few weeks, I' ve been to many other places for a two or three days, like California, Texas, Nevada (Las Vegas) etc.
