I dunno. I' m not concerned, seeing as it' s pre-alpha... but i do see some ulgy pixelation in the smoke and muzzle flashes.
It looks far better than Call of Duty 4 and Halo 3 at any rate so unless Gears 2 pulls off something super special it' s likely to remain the best looking console game we' ve seen so far.
It' s not Crysis... but then, nothing will touch Crysis for a while yet.

I think Jesus-boy wins this round. The pics he shown are both more recent and look more like the video on Gametrailers. They' re also far more plausable.

I' m going to agree this is best looking game I' ve seen running on a console. Still, I just watched that 720p direct feed on my 720p Samsung and I can' t say it' s leagues above the better looking titles out there, and as you said, it' s still no Crysis (but yes, the art direction owns most of Crysis, aside from the Crysis Nano Suit which own all). It seems like when they are actually playing it the visuals aren' t on par with the ' gameplay' trailers. I' m not going to call shenanigans on the trailers and say they are fake, I just find it odd. Either way the game looks amazing and they still have plenty of time to work on it. Since I' ll be picking up a PS3 anyway for MGS4 and FFXIII I' m hope this game turns out incredible. Btw, can I get my title changed to Jesus Boy? I laugh every time Agent says that.
