I was pretty unimpressed when I watched that video yesterday. Visually it looks the same if not worse than the first Vegas. After the cliff hanger ending of the last game I would like to see how it turns out but I' m really not seeing this being worth a purchase compared to everything else coming out now.

I just don' t understand how a game coming out in 2008 can look this bland. I mean, without sounding like a graphics whore, is it too much to ask for detailed environments in a game?

Yeah, I never got into the first one at all. I much preferred Ghost Recon 1 and 2 for both SP and MP, and Gears' cover system IMHO is much better.


The first one' s fantastic in my opinion. After a little while on Halo 3 online, I' m going to go trade that in for the original Vegas. I prefer the multiplayer, and seeing as replayability really drives my purchases these days it' s a smart enough move. Did you ever try the online component?

Did you ever try the online component?


The online is at too slow a pace for my liking, much the same way as I don' t care much for playing Search and Destroy in COD4 and that is just my own preference.

I know quite a few of my friends love the online in the first Vegas and can' t wait for the second, but it just isn' t something that I particularly enjoy.
