Most anticipated game of the year

I just want to know what everybody is looking forward to. Personally...

1) Fable 2 - I loved the first one, and after watching all the new videos, I simply cannot wait!

2) Ninja Gaiden II - Trying to master the controls in NG was a lot of fun. Even though I never beat it, and got stuck on Sigma, I like playing it anyways!

3) SoulCaliber IV - I really enjoyed part 2, and though part 3 was crap I' m hoping that they redeem themselves with this one! I' ll be getting the 360 version, btw!

Honestly, I' m not looking forward to too much on the Wii or the PS3, save for some Blu-ray lovin' ! MGS is intriguing, but we' ll see. Oh, and the Kratos PSP! Might have to pick that up and FINALLY get into the portable gaming scene!

Left 4 Dead: This game will revolutionize action, online and zombie games all at the same time. The more I learn about this game the more impressed I get. PC Gamer (March issue) has some articles on a few upcoming Zombie games. The article on Left 4 Dead is amazing.

I dunno what else. Halo Wars isn' t getting hyped up enough. It is from the makers of Age of Empires, which rocks. Obviously it can' t compete with SC2, but the game will still own face.

I forgot we are gettin Fallout 3 this year . Man , this year is great for games .. 2007 pales in comparison to 2008 ..

Nah, 2007 rocked my socks. Halo 3, COD4, PGR4, UT3, Portal, TF2, HL2 ep 2, Assassin' s Creed and Bioshock (i didn' t like them though), and many other games that people really liked.

I don' t think 2008 can match it. Although StarCraft is the best game ever, it could be topped by SC2 if it comes out, DNF could surprisingly be released and surprisingly be amazing, Halo Wars could be a crazy awesome console RTS and Fallout 3 could be epic. Gears of War 2 will be great and MGS may be good but it is near impossible to rock the list above.

True , 2007 was great . But if you look at that list most of them are FPSs . 2008 games are a lot more varied .

I hate turnbased RPGs.

What Bethesda makes, will i dont know what the hell that is, but it sure as hell aint real rpgs.

It does seem like they are trying to make Fallout different that oblivcrap.

Oblivion is so much more than an RPG. Kinda like how Shenmue was so much more than an RPG.
