The State of Texas has filed a federal lawsuit against Future US, operator of the Gamesradar Web site, pursuant to the Children' s Online Privacy Protection Act.
The complaint alleges that Gamesradar includes content or allows access to content which is inappropriate for children, while also including information about games " clearly targeted to young children."
Because those poor Texan kids might get exposed to adult content... like guns...

I hate Texas.
I hate bureaucracy. Stupid stuff like this doesn' t need to be brought to court. With the time and money it takes to file a lawsuit these days, it' s just as easy to simply ask someone to do something about a problem.
