I was privately schooled and allegedly gifted. I was forced to go to London and take the official Mensa test, which i passed with relative ease. It put me in the top 2% of the population which ofcourse greatly pleased my parents. That picture was taken by the school for some publication or newsletter. I was only 10 when i took the test the first time so i didn' t really care about any of it... i just knew that passing meant i could have whatever i wanted. There are only 25,000 people in Mensa in this country and about 100,000 worldwide so it' s still a pretty select group. I' d like to say i didn' t give a shit about it now but it looks really good on my CV and is a decent talking point in interviews. I' ve been tested 5 or 6 times now and passed them all. That said, i bet i couldn' t pass it hung over, which is like 90% of the time these days
