Gamespot gave the game a far too low score. I' m never reading another gamespot review again.

I agree, they only gave 9/10 to Bioshock. They clearly suck.

I get the impression that Gamespot don' t like the Wii too much. When I saw their launch marathon, a couple of them weren' t too interested to say the least. And one of the less interested ended up reviewing a lot of Wii games eventually :P

I don' t visit there often so I might not have a good grasp of how they review but I got the impression that they seem to judge Wii games a bit harsher compared to others sometimes.

I dunno, after playing CoD 4 for the past several days and drooling at the thought of what the final build will bring, it' s gonna be hard to please me.

My Wii will have to sit and wait til next year. It has its uses tho, but I' m really not much into the Wii-mote still. One game can' t really make up for a year of dust, not yet, but the potential is still there.

My fiance likes it more...tho even she plays the 360 more often. I' ll see if she picks up Metroid or not and give it a whirl or 2 (more if it is the say all be all of FPS...).
