It' s something about Vista not giving you the best options when playing media and stuff. It' s too boring for me to read but maybe you are interested:

The DRM measures like HDCP being enforced by the major players of the industry are pretty much a joke anyway. Just doing a small google on HDCP shows you how silly it is. Implementation of an already rediculous DRM is bound be crappy anyway.

Do you know that HDCP has already been made useless?
