Ok, so here I am in Malaguicay, Leyte, in the southern Philippine Islands. With me is my brand new wife and eldest stepson. It' s Xmas we visited the village that she grew up in and spent the day swimming at the nearby waterfall and lagoon. That night we got wasted on the local beverage they call tuba made from coconut milk and some kind of tree bark.

I must say it was a pretty kick-ass day. The only thing that bothered me was that americans sometimes get kidnapped by the local guerillas. All day her brothers kept asking me " You' re not afraid of the guerilla?"

As soon as I can find a photo, I shall then contribute to this thread.

As soon as I locate a picture with my face in it, I' ll be sure to post as well.

I don' t like pictures much.
