Hahaha, ...yeah, even Treyarch couldn' t top Infinity Wards masterpiece.
Resistance had huge promise though. Perhaps the sequel will be better.

That said when it comes to pure realism, games like GTR2 and netKar Pro have set the bar, Richard Burns Rally when you' re talking rally sims. None of those will ever have the online presence and fun factor of console racers though. 
That replay was hot though! But I never quite understand how racing games manage to make racing cars sound so sedate?? How hard is it to make a racing car sound like a beast? One rev of the engine should make you think ' Holy crap!' . Those cars sounded as though they were just out for a cruise... 
GTR2 is the normal choice (with Live for Speed). For Me the Best and Most fun Sim has to be GT Ledends

When is Forza 2 out anyway? I while ago it was supposed to come out in May or something.  But the store where I usually buy my games have changed the date to June.  ???

Yea I think it got delayed slightly. They' ve only just got the game out to certifcation this week according to their site. As far as I' ve heard its gonna be May 29th in the US and June 8th for us lesser mortals in Europe. http://www.pro-g.co.uk/news/23-04-2007-5296.aspx
